What is needed to do PC?
Controlled environment for meat prep,
prep hand wash station, (cooler with warm warm and a plug you can open)
antiseptic soap,
serve off grill/smoker
Ground cover in serving area (plastic drop cloth would work)

Well thanks to my wifes boss :evil::evil::evil::evil: I will not be able to compete in this one. She told him she needed it off and he pput her on for Saturday anyway.
