Whole Hog Source

I just moved to St Marys, Ga. (south east), & would like to know where I can purchase a whole hog. When I lived in Md., I had a place that butchered every Thursday, so I could order it Sunday, & pick up Friday, for a weekend cook. Any help would be greatly appreciated
