• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I knew I had a copy of the Big Bob Gibson white BBQ sauce receipe. Its awesome on fried or BBQ chicken right off the smoker anyway, here it is:

* Exported from MasterCook * Bob Gibson's White Bbq Sauce: as Per Paula Deen's Show on Southern Bbq Recipe
Preparation Method :
2 Cups Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Salt
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 1/2 Tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
1 1/2 Tablespoons Red Chile Powder --
*see Note(All measurements are guesstimations as they were not defined on the show)Whisk all ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl and set aside untilflavors meld.Completely submerge chicken in sauce just before serving.* On the show this ingredient was simply described as "Red Pepper Powder."I'm assuming he meant New Mexican Red Chiles as that much Cayenne pepperwould be too strong.Description:"Mayo Based BBQ Sauce"Source:"Paula Deen Show: Southern BBQ"Yield:"3 Cups"

Thanks for The Recipe BossMan...gonna try it....Maybe the GrandKids will like it on the Chicken Nuggets that they are "Hooked" on !!
