• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Think you just made up my mind for Mystic Supper. Soba noodles with veggies and crab Rangoon. Maybe an egg or spring roll.

Thank you !!

Wait a minute, you mean to tell me Cinco de Mayo is a CHINESE holiday? :biggrin1:

lol It was for me! :becky:

Leftover ribs and eggs are real good for breakfast. Never tried the square eggs before though, but I would.

It's a California holiday. Serious- Wikipedia says it so it's the truth. It's about a group of Californians celebrating Mexicans opening a can of whoop arse on The French at Puebla.

Naturally being a Texan I thought it somehow involved us. Silly arrogant me.

I'll take my eggs sunny side up, hope you have a couple of bones left

The California version of "The Legend of Cinco De Mayo" claims it was a 32 oz. can of re-fried whoop arse that was opened up on that storied day back in 1972.

You must be confused with the Tex-Mex war of 1965.

Is the jalepeno dusting salt your own creation, or is it a brand you can share?

We order it from SpiceItUp.com. The JDS and their Garlic Pepper are top shelf

We fix a dish frequently of stacked enchiladas using Durango Diner Green Chile sauce (ordered online too) the seasonings are Chef Meritos Asada and Jalapeno DS. Great dish

I always figured it was started by the tequila and Mexican beer importers/distributors in conjunction with the bar industry.

Very nice!
