Had the house pretty much to my self yesterday as most of the kids were gone and my wife and my daughter went to the Islander game.

Well at least this gave me the oppurtunity to do alot of cooking.-

ABT's- Brisket- and chili- The chili was a request from my oldest who we are bringing back to college later today. Also it gave me the chance to do an entry for the throwdown.

Japs on steroids-

Only thing wrong with the picture is I'm not there with a plate! Great looking eats I'm sure the oldest will nJoy that chili. :thumb:

Nothing wrong with the pic... the problem is with YOU. "You" stayed home and they went to the hockey game???

You've been in the kitchen too long! ;)

Beer where's the Beer? Seriously good looking eats right there.

Trust me- I had plenty- but to put one in a picture, that would mean I'd have to put it down.

Sorry speedracer- didn't see your comment in time, otherwise I would have left a bag on the stoop.

It's and Islander game, it's not like you missed anything, haven't they been eliminated from next years playoffs already. The only good thing about being an Islander fan is that you are not a Nets fan.
You made the right choice, that food looks great.
