What's Cook'n at the N Texas Mega Bash

I'm working our menu of what we (Shelly and I) will be cooking for the Brethren at the N Texas Mega Bash. Last fall we brought the R&V Fryer and deep fried both Rum and Bourbon Shooters. I really like them so I think we will do more of these. Also may repeat the "Hush Puppies".

I may try my hand at the Pineapple Gems that Bruce and Kelley made. If so I will bring the BGE MiniMAX.
And I'm working on a little breakfast bite surprise! Hope we can pull it off with the MiniMAX!!

Peppered Stout Beef
Brisket
Potato Salad
Pork Butt (Pulled Pork)
Brownies
Boudin and other Cajun Goodies.
Possibly ribs and pig shots

Not 100% sure yet but I may make a bacon wrapped meatloaf, as long as I can throw it on someones cooker. Maybe the Mrs might make a few sides, haven't nailed that down yet.

I asked Kelley or Bruce to explain. I just know they are amazing. :thumb:
I know a couple of guys who have cooked these for an entry in a "ONE BITE CHALLENGE" and won.
Kelley and Bruce cook these at a lot of the BGE EggFests we cook at.

Have never made Pepper Stout Beef but peeps impressed me with his at last Spring's bash. Maybe I can get Totally basted to come by on his Spring break and we'll do an advance cook.

Sorry for not replying. We have been working on our Eggfest menu items.
Just a few weeks away till the Bash. If you have you have decided on your cooks please post them in the signup sheet. I do believe there is space available on a couple of cookers.
We may bring something new if time allows!
