Whats cooking

I just uploaded some pics of whats cooking today for dinner. Got some ribs, some fatties, and inspired my the bristol pics i put on some biskets as well. I learned real quick how to roll a fatty as these are my first ones. As you can tell the left one did not come out as it was intended.:biggrin: :biggrin:

Never thought of doing biscuits on the smoker... interesting..... everything looks good......

Everything came out great. First time with the no foil thing just sprayed with apple juice and fliped a few times. Fatties came out very good as this is the first I have done. Going to try and mix some of the rub in like meatloaf and then stuff and roll. enjoy the pics.

Have a question here. Burning about 12 lbs of charcoal for a 5 hour burn. Is this to much charcoal or is my fire control ok? Just asking. thanks
