Knows what a fatty is.
Just surfed in and signed on at once. One parent from each side of the Ohio River. Dad from Indiana and mom from Kentucky. That make me a Kentuckiana. Lots of good Q in Evansville and across the river in Owensboro and Henderson KY. Got my first grill in the early 60s. A flat pan with a heat shield. A brick pit later and now a Chargriller Smokin' Pro since I moved back to town. Still got a gasser in the garage that doesn't see much action. In this area we mostly like our Q simmered in sauce rather than add it on at the table.
