what i cooked on festivus and christmas eve day

[Rick's Tropical Delight]

just a couple things... have a look

put on four butts last night at about 10:30 pm under the full, festivus moon

16 hours later

did three smoked fatties and a smoked chub this afternoon

whipped up a little lunch... toasted ciabatta bread with melted brie and pig candy! we called it bacon brie delight!! :biggrin:

and finally, some beer wheat bread made with wheat beer

i'm putting out a plate of pulled pork and some pussers rum for santa!

yes, sir, hacksaw then bench grinder to smooth. i've done three like that.

Where is the festivus pole?

i couldn't find it! last i saw it, i was using it for leverage to take off the nuts to the blades on my belly mower
