Hey, Everyone. First post here. Wife's got a Chuck sholder roast in the freezer right now and I'm trying to find another way of cooking this thing without resorting to the crock-pot. Can this thing be BBQ'ed or am I asking for a new boot to come off the cooker? Any help would be greatly appreaciated. Not doing it to soon maybe sometime after the first of the year. Sold the Wife's car and got a rib roast for Christmas Dinner.:lol:
