• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

The chili thread got me thinking of something I do that is probably (most likely) considered weird by other people. When I make a bowl of red, besides the cheese, onions, and maybe sour cream, I like to add mustard to my bowl. Done it most of my life. Not sure how I started, but love the tanginess that it adds to the beefiness and spiciness. Prefer spicy brown mustard, but yellow is fine.

So, is that so weird? Or, what is your weird food combo?

I make these awesome BBQ'ed peppers that I mix in with my chili :thumb: Ok, I guess its not weird. but sure is good! I make them every year out of the garden. Home made BBQ sauce with slice peppers, (normally hungarian wax peppers) then can it!

Peanut butter and bbq sauce sandwich....good shhht:tongue:

I won't eat pancakes or waffles without an over easy egg on top, I don't think it's weird but my wife and daughters think it's the grossest thing ever

Cottage cheese and ketchup (catsup for you snobs)

Cottage cheese with honey dribbled over the top is one of my favorite snacks

Cottage cheese with Flaxseed Oil
Over easy eggs with ketchup (looks bad-tastes good :))

For a chili dog I have to have that mustard tang, so I understand your like of that combo.

I enjoy a nice Peanut butter and bacon toast in the morning occasionally. That salty smokey goodness on peanut buttered toast is fantastic.

Dad turned me onto peanut butter and pickle sammiches long ago.

Family won't try it. Wife won't even LOOK at it.

I didn't think about the mustard on a coney thing but it works well so i can see mustard working in chili

I use to know a chick who dunked her french fries in a wendy's frosty (basically chocolate soft serve)
