Come to think of it I've never saw a prime Brisket anywhere in Pittsburgh. Never saw a Sprankles Mkt. either.

Choice Brisket - $3.98lb
Bone in PB - $1.09lb
Full Slabs - $1.11lb
I cook smoke them as SLC's, it only takes me a minute to cut them down and I cook the Rib Tips then pull the meat off the Tips to use for other cooks. They also sell SLC's for I think $1.19lb but they are Tyson and packed in salt solution so I pass on those. I forget what BB's are because I always buy Spares but I know they're under $2. Interest thing to me are the Slabs and BB's are Cryovaced and the SLC's come from Tyson.Full Slabs - $1.11 Wow I'd be all over those, though my preference is for SLCs. I'm lazy but I'd cut those down.
