Weekend Full of Smoke

Well I put the Battle Box to work this weekend. Smoked Salmon, Ribs and Meatloaf this weekend. Forgot pics of the meatloaf. I need to get better on remembering to take pictures. The flavor I'm getting off this thing is awesome. Almost making me consider selling my drums.

It was awesome. I cold smoke it for 1.5 hrs then coated it with a mix of olive oil, lemon zest, minced garlic and fresh dill topped with lemons and grilled on cedar planks.

I don't care much for salmon but that looks pretty good right there, ribs too.

That is a Little Sumpin Ale. My go to with Fish.
