Being busier than normal, I don't really get time to fire up the smoker as often as I'd like to but, saturday I said " damn the lawn and my arteries....I'm gonna cook! "

Everything on the chargriller!

The small roast was saved for a pot of pinto beans to be cooked in the future.

I even made a batch of Williams Spicy Apple Grillin' sauce to go with everything.

All in all it was a good day, the family enjoyed the meal even if they did not understand the time and labor it takes to get this done ( they're new to bbq )

Looking Good Jay.......I've heard on other forums that the breakfast sausages are refered to as skinneys when smoked and wrapped....
