Weekend cook

Hi Guys, did up a fatty and meatloaf saturday. Stuffed the fatty with serano, onion, cream cheese and sharp cheddar. Meatloaf has the same serano and onion with many spices. Sorry about the focus thing, again one too many cold ones while tending the coals! :mrgreen: Enjoy!

I always make at least one fatty with cream chesse when I make them. You can't go wrong with it.
