Weekday brisket and ribs on the Weber 26

Used black ops that I just bought on the brisket and S&P (too much) on the ribs.



I like black ops but I have a ton of peppered cow and it seems similar. The wife and I enjoyed it and we were so full we passed on the sweet potato that I made. :lol:
