My wife turned a couple of grilled chicken breasts dusted with a little "Dizzy Pig" Jamaican Firewalk into a couple of killer Southwest Chicken Salads...we're a match made in heaven. :-D:biggrin:

Looks great! My wife loves the grilled chicken salads and has gotten me into eating them-- with cheese, beans, corn and all that extra good stuff, it's a nice snack....Those are real pretty that you and your wife made.....
