The price is looking better and better every day. But...why would they not just bundle it together, besides the fact that the book is probably printed 1000 miles away from where the cookers are made.

Just a wild guess - they want you to register the grill as soon as you got it, so your warranty period starts ticking.

I'm pretty sure the warranty goes by the date stamp. My bet is the reason they didn't send them out with the grill is because they didn't get their act together in time. I know they were not stocked up on parts and accessories when it first came out.

I haven't received mine yet. Do you think I should call them back and ask for it?

I got my grill last Tuesday and I got my book yesterday. So it took only about a week delivered, via USPS.

I bugged Weber about my cookbook. They said they started sending them May 20th. I have had my WSCG since May 5th and just got my book June 1st.

Ordered my grill April 19th and got the cookbook this past Wednesday. Am making the smoked wings with orange-honey glaze tonight.
