xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I paid $139 brand new for that model 6/7 years ago. Works great! If you can get it for $40 then Farking Great! But it is worth the $60 if it is the one pictured.

That is a Weber Platinum. No gas, just a great set up. Nice table, storage underneath, and hard to blow over in the wind (mine never has yet). This is the one that I own, and I paid about $150 several years ago. If it is not rusty, it would be worth the 60. Offer 40 and he will conter with 50.

It's a Weber One-Touch Platinum Kettle. Weber just over complicated the design when they added the gas start.
That's my fav all round grill. I sold the other kettle grills I owned to get the cash to buy one.
I paid approx $400 for mine 4 years ago which was cheap for the UK.......
If I saw one for $60 I'd snap it up!!!!

Well... don't keep us in suspense... did you get it???
Well, it had a ding in the lid that chipped the paint. 
Spent a year of it's 3 year life without a cover and hadn't been cleaned well. Grates probably hadn't been burnt off in about a year. But he had his new gas grill and no longer needed this one because he was ready to BBQ now! :roll:
I brought it home for $40. :-D
Of course, now the basically new & shiny 18" kettle has to go...

I have the grates with the flip up sides. Awesome for adding coals and chunks, esp. if you are using the baskets. Good buy. You will love that large table. I use it every time I cook even if I'm not using the kettle.
