Full Fledged Farker
Today, on my way back from the local computer store, I turn down the alley to get onto my street, and what do I find: 2 22.5" Webers and a basic ECB. A little rust on the body of one, a lot of rust on both grills, but the ash-catchers are intact and the wheels securely fastened. There was even some unburned lump in one! 45 minutes later, it gets the best of me, so I grab some packing tape and head back to the alley. They'd been moved, someone else clearly was interested, but they're safe in my possession now. $10-20 for new grates and I'm golden. I'll donate one to the Chicago Urban League, they always have cookouts and are begging for grills to use. The other says "Property of Moi", thank you very much...
