• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Is there someone who makes quality round custom size grill grates, not looking for anything special just heavy gauge expanded metal that has a rod around the edge so its not sharp. I am pretty sure it will need to be around 25-25.5" in diameter to fit in but ill know more once I can get the drum to my house. Anyone know of a good supplier for 85g drums that are reasonably priced with decent shipping?

An 85 really doesn't get you that much more grill space vs a 55. I went with a 110.

And I went with two grates. Ordered from Michaels Custom Grill Works. Soooo not cheap, but I expect them to outlast me.

As long as the briskets are in the 12-14lb range I can squeeze two on each grate with a butt in there for good measure.
