Wanted wings

Ended up with drums.

Marinated in EEVO and Owens bbq wing dust.

Got some Humphreys lump started.



Looks ready. Added some hickory after the pic.



Drums on.



Nice smoke showing, sorry for the dirty mini.



Didn't take but a hour.
