• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Went out to breakfast and stopped at Wally's to see what would be cookin'. The rib tips sounded like nice munchies. No brisket flap, just the ends of the ribs.

What do you think? 3 Hours at 230-250?

I would check them at 2 hrs at 250 degrees.

Looks like some really good eats there.

Never seen rib tips at Wallys. Will look next time im there for sure.
