So, the choices for February's Special All Month Throwdown are:

B) "Foods You Love!"(cook one of your favorite food/dishes)

C) "Cookbook Inspired"(Cook a dish that you found in a cookbook or online)



We will close the poll on Tuesday, January 31st then make the announcement immediately thereafter, and the new Throwdown will begin.

None of these categories exclude eggs, and depending on which one the voters choose, since it's a monthly Throwdown with multiple entries allowed, contestants can cook and enter eggs with each and every entry as many times as they like as long as it fits the category description.

Many of my favorite recipes are based on one cookbook. I've farked with all of them but the basics stay the same, including the TD chili.
