xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Congratulations on your first butt since joining the site. I like that rack under the butt in the foil pan. Gonna try that myself.
The color balance on the pictures is off somewhat, so hard to tell what they looked like in real life, but the pics give the impression that the bark was a bit sooty?
How did they taste? Pork looks tender and juicy.

It tastes great very tender & juicy. Did not inject just rubbed & put it on .took about 7hrs. Pics were taken with my daughter's phone not a very high resolution. Gonna serve it up on buns with coleslaw and a little bbq sauce.
