You're about a mile from my parents place! they are west of the Dunes State Park. Willkat98, VoodooBBQIL, Parrothead and I (and a host of others) are in the greater Chicago area. Depending on your route and the timing we may be able to rendezvous somewhere.

but the big find i found an new smoker on an trailer that will do whole hogs for 300.00$ needs some love but it is at my house now pictchers soon on q talk
