Finished my first UDS/BDS this morning WOOT!!!! Using a 15 in fire ring. After she peaked at about 270ish, she settled in at around 240 245 and been hanging there for the past 3 hours. Man I could get to love the long burn time :biggrin: . Could not take it any more has to put something on her so I put some bacon on just for the smell. Will let you guys know how long of a burn I get. Thanks again to Bigmista and Norcoredneck for the info. You guys have been a big help. She don't look that good but she is a cookin :biggrin: . 10 lb. of charcoal, you should get about 15 hours, and then some...
