Update pic on todays cook

Just brought the ribs in to wrap, wow they look good today! One with Mustard and one with Crystal Hot Sauce....will post my thoughts tonight!

Ill have a shot of the brisket soon...going unwrapped today, already at 180+* 6.5 hours in on a 16#'er!

Spritz with Apple Juice. The iCube is a super moist cooker too.
