Meal has to be under $20
Started with Pork Tenderloin: $11.76
Then put my twist on them
Seasoned them well
Then sliced apples and onions on the mandolin
2 apples: $1.50
1 onion: $0.35
And made a bed of them in my cast iron skillet and added some herbs from the garden (rosemary and thyme)
$1.00?? On that high side
Put the pork to bed with 1/2 cup of Orange juice in bottom of pan $0.50
Then smoked low and slow on the Shirley, before finishing in the firebox
Let it rest, while I get the rice ($1.00?) on the plate

Pork: $11.76
Apples and Onions: $1.85
Herbs: $1.00
OJ: $0.50
Rice: $1.00
Total Meal (for two): $16.11
