• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

That too is excellent blade. I've got both. The Rapala is a tad more flexible. Which can be quite positive. Both will cut you and not even know it. Man they ship them sharp. I got my Shrade in the early-mid 80's so pretty sure that was back when still made in USA. The reviews say they are made in China now, but seem to have a good vendor.

Adams talked me into the Rapala a while back. Seems like it's almost as good as the ones we used as kids. Love it for trimming briskets.

i usually buy one of those rapalas every year, I just throw them out when they get dull since they are so cheap.

work great for skinning and butchering deer.

My UH is indeed vintage-Made In USA.

I've got a Rapala in my tackle box, but my Wostof Silverpoint II puts it to shame. .....however, it is like $40 bucks or something. You know you've got a good fillet knife when you don't even have to move it, you just wiggle the fish to fillet.
