• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I did a cookout for my son's Fraternity at my place Thursday, about 30 people attended. I cooked two 8 lb butts, one with a Chris Lilly and the other a DrBBQ injection. Here are some shots taken during the day. Hope you enjoy them!

I used all the Uglies!!

I cleaned out the refridgerator with all the marinades!!

I did a little something for everyone. Most of the kids are living at the frat house at the University of Washington and the cook has the Summer off so they really appreciated some "home cooked food".

I had fun cooking and the drums just keep humming along! Thanks to everyone that responded to my portions question earlier!

Brian, YOU ARE THE MAN!!! I haven't had dinner yet, and I just drooled all over my keyboard!
My UDS is in the shop...taking longer than espected....must remember measure twice, cut once, measure twice, cut once...

Wow Brian. What a feat you pulled off there. You aren't an air traffic controller in real life by any chance, are you?

Great looking spread.

Great job Brian! Way to go!

I sure do wish I had a meal like that when I was in a frat back in the old glory days! Kudos to you for going the extra mile.

WOW, Nice job and pics Brian.

Wow! Looks good. Lucky Kids!

What are those pepper stuffed Fatties? It looks like a home made sausage w/o the casing?

Hi Neighbor...now that's some serious smokin'! LOL! Just out of curiosity...was there any food left after the "frat-boys" were finished? LOL! If memory serves...each time my nephew came home with his "frat-buddies" they ate my brother out of house and home! LOL! Great job...thanks for the pics! :-P
