Again another Big Thanks to all the fellow Brethren for causing another cooker to come into play ! After All the posts on PBC ,UDS etc And all of the Jerky, Guam Style Brisket, Various chicken, and hanging meat cooks I found this barrel for $10.00 Yesterday ...I didnt have any good way to hang meat and cook it so Hopefully this Will work ! Just got to burn it and get it vented was going to do some rebar holes for hanging stuff. :becky:
