Got rid of the matchlight.
So I have two turkeys brining since yesterday afternoon
We are frying them at my brothers house - he is about 10 min from my house
I am wondering if I can smoke the turkeys for and hour or two -pull and take straight to the house and into the fryer?
Should be no more than 20 -30 min to get it out of smoker and into the oil. Any thoughts on this?
I was thinking I would pull them out of smoke when they hit 140???
