I have recieved 30 lbs, of turkey fries. I have had these in the past and are very good deep fried. How ever I don't know what you have to do. Any tips on cleaning and how to cook these would be a big plus.

You can tell when they are done when they start oozing their own sauce.Yes there are very good deep fried and a little "Cooks with Fire sauce" on them.

Nope! Did get up the courage to try the bull variety once. Sliced and deepfried. Not bad I geuss, but not good enough to eat them again.What! Cool Greg, I am glad someone has cooked and ate these before. You seem to know what you are talking about.
