Hi, can someone please give me the quick and dirty inside temp when done, cooking temp. and time expected to cook a whole turkey breast on a Weber 22" one touch?
I will be using Kingsford briquettes, and a bit of apple wood and cooking with indirect heat. Also, I think one full cylinder of coals should be enough in the chimney to get the job done?
I apologize for not combing the threads for info but I am doing this last minute and I'm pressed for time.
I cook a whole spatched chicken between 350-375 in 60 min. so I'm thinking this will take about the same amount of time.
