• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I thought I would try something different (for me), and cook a turkey breast on my WSM 18" Pit Barrell Cooker style. I used the Weber hanging rack accessory. Of course I had to get my performer involved cooking the sides.

Looks good! How was the adobo seasoning? I use regularly on mushrooms but never thought to try on turkey

I have mixed feelings on the Adobo seasoning. It's not my personal favorite, but my daughter really likes it.

I cooked with mesquite, and was not sure the flavor profiles worked. I have liked it on grilled chicken, so I will be trying it again on a chicken or turkey breast with a different wood.
