Turkey and Pulled Pork Cook for 100

I'll be cooking for 100. Planned on deep frying six 12lb turkeys and doing pulled pork. Do I need more birds? How pounds of butts do I need? They are providing the sides and buns. Thanks.

I think you're good with the turkeys (72 pounds raw should get you at least 45 pounds cooked). Most of the time, white meat will go faster than the dark meat. I would do at least 50 pounds of raw pork butts. You should get 25 pounds of cooked pork. 1/3 pound of turkey and 1/4 pound of pork per person. This is right on the edge of what you need. I would add an extra turkey and pork butt just in case. My .02
