• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I've been passing by this place called Aunt Jenny's Barbecue. Decided to stop by today. Had a chopped pork sandwich and some greens. I think the best part about the sandwich was the bun. Incredibly bland. Luckily I had some Jerry's Honey Habanero BBQ sauce from cookswithfire to fix it up. Greens were ok.

*sigh*

I'm spoiled.

Eloquent as ever, huh?

Notice how it's no fun to go out to eat anymore. Always feel like I'm wasting money.

My wife is a good cook so I've felt that way for a long time. Now that I smoke I have a hard time finding good bbq anywhere too. Gotta smoke session lined up for the weekend - just don't know what meat is going in the 'dera yet!

I agree. My wife is an excellant cook and i'm not to bad myself, so when we eat out it is mostly about convienance. even still we are seldom impressed.

I do all of the cooking at my house. MrsMista can cook too. I just do it better. Plus I enjoy it so she "lets" me cook all of the time.

I am seriously considering starting a personal chef business where I shop for families and then go to their house once a week and cook all of their dinners.

Anyone have experience with this?

And can you hijack your own thread?
