It's been a while since I've been on here. Busy with work and looking to buy a house along with other daily things I have to do i just haven't had time but I wanted to post this tri tip I smoked a few days ago. It was excellent, maybe t he best I've ever cooked. I've cooked so many I can't be sure it's the best I've ever cooked but it definately was the best in a long time. Anyways time for the pics.




That last pic is just the juices after I cut it. It was perfectly cooked. Pulled it off at 135 internal and let it rest 30 mins before cutting it.
