I know we all frown with no pictures, but had to many other things going on at the same time. Did 2 Tri Tips on my pellet grill this weekend. 1 injected with Lawry's Italian marinade(requested by the wife) and the other seasoned with S & P and a little bit of sucklebusters seasoning. Cooked at 235 until they reached 135 and then placed on my hot gas grill for a couple minutes each side. They both turned out great. I preferred the one with just the S & P and sucklebusters, but both were good. First time doing Tri Tip, but will be purchasing more. Served them with a pot of chili beans. There were no complaints at the table from anyone... Will get some pictures next time around.
