somebody shut me the fark up.
Got up today looking forward to a sandwich from the TT I did last night,
GONE:shock::shock::shock: farkin son ate the whole thing.
Started over, tried some thing new. Brought it up real slow on the pellet pooper.
ran it about 200-225 for 1.5 hrs pulled to stabilize and set up the gasser for a reverse sear.

got it up to 115
