• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I have been able to get tri-tip roasts fairly regular from my local BJ's clup. When I first got them from the club the meat Manager was a little puzzled at what I was looking for. After thinking for a minute or so he figured out the tri-tip was a meat they sliced and sold as a particular cut of steak. Well now the manager no longer works there and I do not recall the cut of meat that they used. Was wondering if any one could tell me what sliced tri-tip would be sold as. Spoke to an an employee today and they were clueless. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
