Howdy...

Had some friends over for dinner yesterday :

American Tri Tip and stuffed Sirloin, iberico Pork Loin, grilled romaine, peppers and eggplant with roasted pancetta and parmesan,some dizzy pig raging river salmon with butter/maple syrup glaze and some grilled zuchini slices wrapped around french brie cheese.

Nice job, where did you find a American style tri-tip.


A friend of mine knows an importer of american beef, so i have access at a very reasonable price. You guys sure know how to raise a cow, that stuff is so much better than the beef we have over here :thumb:
