Transformer BBQ
is one Smokin' Farker
Just thought I'd stick a thread in here, seems to the protocol for new people.
I've got a very new team that started doing contests last year, our first was Harpoon 2006, we have done 4 or five total at this point, and are totally hooked.
I have met a few guys from here in person, a handful at the NH event last weekend, a few NEBS guys who seem to be on here as well... and the first person I ever met from this site was BBQ Joe. I had the pleasure of meeting him in person in AZ- one of the first stops on a cross country 9 day- 25 restaurant drive during my move back to Boston after living in CA for a little while.
As a team we're cooking on a Lang 60 (another purchase along the x-country trip)... and we're taking things seriously enough to improve each week... but having enough fun that we're going to be around for a while regardless.
Feel free to ask away... or however this works... again it was nice to meet people in person last weekend.
