Yesterdays plans got sidetracked when the local vampire organization called and requested some of my A-POS.
That left me a little short on time by the time I got back home to get the UDS fired up for the spatchcock chicken that was intended for dinner.
Its good to have an arsenal and within minutes the BabyTraeg was ready for action, an hour later it was done.
This ol bird ended up being a bit lopsided but finished well. No plate shot sorry. Just nice to have other options and keeps the kids from gnawing on my toes as they wait for dinner. And another reason why the Traeger gets more use from me than I ever expected.
