Tonights theme is BACON!!!

The pictures don't show the exciting part which was the cook or fireworks show. lol All was rotisserie'd over a live fire and the grease drippings was making a nice snap crackle and pop letting the bursts of fire kiss the bacon through the cook.

Not sure what to call anything, There was bacon wrapped zuke spears and then bacon wrapped cheddar cheese stuffed beef sausage. The sausage was cut up into pork shot sized pieces. Anyways it was interesting to say the least. Thanks for looking!

No I used the BBC aka bird barrel cooker so I could spin over fire...Nothing like spinning bacon over fire! The grease dripping into it is a trip

Thanks jay, I'm using a new rotisserie tool that I'd consider the most versatile thing made for a roti so the possibilities are endless on ways to roti different things.
