• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Firing up cooker for maple smoked --smoked Gouda cheesey tuna casserole--with grilled shrimp --stuffed into a Nekkid smoked Poblano Pepper.

Scrub in boiling hot water, place on high heat till the skillet is dry and handle is hot --wipe on wipe off oil (tonight was lard and olive). Repeated two times Good to go. This skillet has a really nice Flaxseed Oil seasoning. My cooker was only about 375 and skillet was opposite the coals-so it wasn't hot enough to take off the previous seasoning.
 
I've been doing stuffed poblanos left and right with all kinds of stuff lately...only difference is over a live fire. Looks real good
 
Oh yeah I'd be all over that.
