• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Got a 5# pork shoulder roast and a Zesty JD Fatty schedluled for tomorrow.

I'll be pissing margarita's all day into a jug for my tests. I love seeing the doc's face on why the amonia count is so high.

I ask him " you got kids?"

Then he understands
 
I'm a "cheatin'" cook tonight. been missing my pulled pork, so I got the electric out and she's purring along here at 12:30 AM. I'll smoke until 160* then bring it in and finish in the oven so I can get some sleep.
Meat temp is 132*, a beautiful calm night, I should be in bed in an hour or so.
 
LOL. I got sleepy at 1:30, so in the oven it went.......Tried a new commercial rub I found locally, Barons of KC, it was just OK. My family just really likes Tony C's with a light dusting of brown sugar as a rub.

Anyway, we be eatin' pulled pork! Not the best I've ever made, but still better than being without!
