Wandering around with a bag of matchlight, looking for a match.
I splurged on what I hope will not be a bad investment last week. The suspense has been killing me and the package finally arrives tommorow...
A 36 Crown Verity Estate Series NG BBQ.
I have been struggling for years with a small propane weber and needed to supplement with a charcoal bbq because I could never get the desired temp needed from my weber and because the size of the weber was too small. The char-griller I bought from lowes was/is great and very inexpensive, but everyday cooking was tedious especially if you had to rush home from work late, take the kids to soccer, mow the lawn... It always took time to light up the grill.
I am looking forward to mastering the art of bbq'ing in style now. i will still keep the charcoal bbq but the crown verity I am hoping will be one kick ass bbq....
Glad to be a new member of the forum and cheers to all who love the art of BBQ.
