Needed a charcoal ring & was going to buy a WSM replacement part.
Weber parts are usually reasonable but the ring was $50 ???
Well I can make a basket from expanded metal only spent 2 hours in the ER last time :shocked:
We were going to LostArrow for the years first crawfish boil so I called Butch asked him to bring his sawzall & Jimbo to bring his grinder.

Get down there & after we had a couple beverages I marked the cuts & Butch made the cuts & Jimbo ground off the sharp edges.
They made the bends & all I had to do was use bailing wire to attach.
Made a 13 in X 4 in high ring for my copycat 30 gal drum smoker with hanging rods.
Made rectangular 10 in X 10 in with 5 in high sides with the leftover & best of all didn't slice my leg open again
